Persistent Ear Issues and Tinnitus After Tonsillitis - #49630

It was March2025..I had avocado with curd for the first time and pickle with onion, dates and Pineapple. Following day morning woke up with tonsillitis and ear inflammation. I was prescribed antibiotics, antihistamine and betadine gargle. I had a flight on next day. Kind of healed for the flight. However 3 days after arrival, I woke up with ears shut feeling. I had to fly back on that day. During landing I experienced barotrauma. Right ear had blood inside. I have persistent tinnitus and ear block and unblock feeling. Suffering from ETD. No ear pain. I have nasal voice now.muld dizziness , if move fast. My lifestyle completely changed.

Avoid chilled, dairy and bakery products.
Regular breathing exercises.
Increase intake of raw vegetables and fruits.
Use boiled water for drinking.
Steam inhalation twice a day.
