-Yes, your method is generally safe. Roasting jeera, ajwain, and saunf, making a powder, and boiling 1 tsp in a glass of water at night can aid digestion. Dose: 1 tsp per glass, once daily. Timing: Night or before meals. Precaution: Avoid excess ajwain if prone to acidity. - continue for 15-20 days then alternative days

Hello Thanks for sharing your routine so clearly. But dont worry we are here to help you out 😊 YOUR CONCERN So, you’re using Jeera, Ajwain, and Saunf for your digestion. This combo is a classic mix that helps your digestive fire and gets rid of undigested gunk. Your goal for your digestion fits really well with these spices. How they work: 1. Jeera: Boosts digestion and cuts down on gas. 2 Ajwain: Really gets digestion going and nixes bloating. 3. Saunf: Cools acidity and helps with digestion. Basically, your mix balances things out and helps with weak digestion. Is What You’re Doing Okay? Yeah, it’s on the right track, but we can make it even better and safer. Right now, you’re: Roasting → Grinding → Boiling → Drinking at night That’s good, but here’s how to get the most out of it. The Right Way (Classic Ayurvedic Style) 1.Roasting Roast each spice separately on low heat until you can smell it. Don’t burn them! Amounts: 1 Jeera – 2 parts 2 Saunf – 2 parts 3 Ajwain – 1 part (Too much Ajwain can cause burning and dryness) 2.Making the Powder Grind them up, but not too fine. Keep it in a glass jar that seals tight. 3. How to Drink It (The Best Way) Instead of boiling it every day, try this: 1. Option A (For everyday use): Take ½ teaspoon of the powder. Add to 1 cup of warm water. Let it sit for 10 minutes. Drink after you eat or before bed. 2. Option B (If you’re super bloated): Boil ½ teaspoon in 1 cup of water for 5 minutes. Strain it and drink it warm. You’re using 1 spoon per glass right now, which is a bit much. When’s the Best Time? 1 For digestion: After dinner OR Before bed 2 If you have heartburn: After eating DIET PLAN (Super Important) Avoid with this: –Cold water – Yogurt at night – Fried stuff – Eating late Do eat: – Warm water – Soft, cooked food – Buttermilk at lunch How Long Should I Take It? If you’ve had tummy troubles for a while: 4–6 weeks, then let’s see how it’s going. It won’t make you dependent on it. So… Your spice mix is good for you, but tweaking the amount and how you make it will make it safer and more helpful. Wishing you good digestion! Warm Regards Dr. Snehal Vidhate

Yes your method is safe and very good for digestive health. Roasting reduces excess cooling effect & makes it easier on stomach Boiling extracts best properties without losing volatile oils Night time = best for Vata-Kapha digestion & overnight gut repair No discomfort reported = perfect tolerance ✓Best way to continue (small improvements) Keep 1 tsp total powder (equal mix of all three) per person – do not increase Boil in 1 glass water and reduce to ½ glass after boiling (more concentrated & effective) Drink warm (not too hot) slowly before bed ✓Optional: add pinch of dry ginger powder if bloating is strong (very small amount) Continue daily – safe long-term (months to years) ✓When to reduce/stop If loose stools appear then reduce to ½ tsp or alternate days In very hot summer , switch to daytime if night feels heavy Regards Dr Gursimran Jeet Singh MD Panchakarma

Aap jo jeera–ajwain–saunf ka powder bana kar raat ko paani mein ubal kar lete hain, wo ek bahut hi sahi aur traditional digestive tonic hai. Is method ke fayde - Jeera (cumin): Agni ko bal deta hai, gas aur bloating kam karta hai. - Ajwain (carom seeds): Carminative aur antispasmodic hai, acidity aur indigestion mein relief deta hai. - Saunf (fennel): Cooling aur soothing hai, digestion smooth karta hai aur mouth freshener bhi hai. Aapka current method - Powder bana kar ek spoon ko ek glass paani mein ubal kar raat ko lena — ye bilkul theek hai. - Aapko koi discomfort nahi ho raha, iska matlab hai ki aapke body constitution ke liye ye mixture suitable hai. Kuch aur practical tips - Timing: Raat ko lena sahi hai, lekin agar din mein heaviness ho to lunch ke baad bhi le sakte hain. - Quantity: 1 spoon powder per person ek balanced dose hai. Agar kabhi dryness ya constipation lage to thoda kam kar sakte hain. - Variation: Kabhi kabhi isme thoda sa mishri ya gud mila kar le sakte hain agar cooling effect chahiye ho. - Long-term use: Ye mixture daily 1–2 months tak safe hai, lekin agar acidity ya liver issues ho to ajwain ki matra thodi kam karni chahiye. WARM REGARDS DR. ANJALI SEHRAWAT

You are taking jeera, ajwain and saunf in a very good way. In Ayurveda, these three are best medicines for digestion. Jeera helps food to digest properly, Ajwain removes gas and stomach pain and Saunf cools the stomach and prevents burning or acidity. When we roast them and boil them in water, their effect becomes better and easier for the body to absorb. You can continue like this: • Lightly roast jeera, ajwain and saunf separately • Powder them and keep in a clean container • Take ½ to 1 spoon of the powder • Boil in one glass of water, reduce to 3/4th glass • Drink it warm, preferably after dinner or before sleep This helps in: • Gas, bloating and constipation • Indigestion and heaviness • Improving appetite and gut health Since you are not having any discomfort, it is safe for you. You can take it for 2–4 weeks. If you feel excess heat, burning, or dryness in the body, reduce the quantity or stop.
