Brahmi Ghritham ​Action: Medicated ghee that lubricates the vocal cords and improves the “Dhi” (intellect) and “Dhriti” (retention), reducing the psychological block during social interaction. ​Dose: 1 teaspoon (approx. 5–10g) on an empty stomach in the morning with warm water/milk ​3. Kalyanaka Kashayam ​Action: Effectively balances Vata in the mind and is specifically used for speech disorders and anxiety-induced hesitations. ​Dose: 15 ml diluted with 60 ml of boiled and cooled water, twice daily, 30 minutes before food. ​Non-Medicinal Recommendations ​Nasya (Nasal Drops): Apply 2 drops of Anu Thailam or Ksheerabala 101 in each nostril daily in the morning to strengthen the nerves above the clavicle. ​Speech Practice: Recite the “D” sound (and dental consonants) while performing deep belly breathing.
