Actually this is because of excessive pitta which is already present in your colon so,whenever you consume spicy or any kind of fast food u pass watery stool with some burning sensation. This is why you have acne …because of having raktadushti and ama formation,so first of i will have to give treatment for controlling that excessive pitta in ama and your body and then will have to correct your raktadushti and ama formation… So,first of all avoid any spicy food, onion, and sesame seeds, sour food etc…for controlling pitta, and avoid guru ahar I.e.heavy to digest Now for controlling diarrhea because of this…start taking1.Kutajghanvati 1-0-1 2.bilva churna 1 tsf b.d. 3.shankh vati 1 b.d 4.chandraprabhavati 1b.d. Your experience of not having regular bowel movements, followed by diarrhoea after eating fast or packed foods, can be explained through Ayurveda. In Ayurveda, the digestion is seen in terms of “Agni,” or digestive fire. When Agni is imbalanced, it can lead to issues like constipation or diarrhea. Fast foods are typically heavy, oily, and often tamasic, meaning they can disturb the digestive balance and aggravate the doshas, especially Pitta and Kapha. This might be why you notice the reaction in your digestion.

Regarding your acne and blackheads, this suggests a possible imbalance in Pitta dosha, which is responsible for metabolism and transformation in the body, including skin health. Excess heat, oily or fried foods, stress, and certain lifestyle habits can increase Pitta, leading to skin issues like acne.

For both digestion and skin, begin with dietary changes. Favor foods that are lighter, less oily, and cooked with digestive spices. Moong dal, steamed vegetables, and whole grains can be beneficial, eaten with cumin and coriander. Include cooling foods like cucumber and coconut water. Avoid processed, fried, spicy foods and caffeine. Drink adequate water to help flush out toxins (ama).

Consider regular triphala intake at night. Mix 1/2 teaspoon of triphala powder in warm water before bed. It supports digestion and cleanse. Avoid extreme temperature changes, opt for mild cleansers without harsh chemicals for your skin.

Daily practices of yoga, especially twists and forward bends, can stimulate digestion and promote circulation and detoxification. Practice pranayama like deep breathing, kapalabhati, enhance digestive agni.

For blackheads and acne, a paste of sandalwood and rose water applied to the affected area may help. Turmeric can be added to prevent pimples. Gentle, regular exfoliation with honey and oatmeal may keep pores clear.

It’s important to see a professional if symptoms persist, as these issues can indicate deeper imbalances needing specific treatments. Keep routines regular and stress levels managed with meditation or mild activities you enjoy.
