Muje 2 saal se kabaj rhti h. Mera pet ache se saaf nhi hota muje fresh hue 3 din ho jate hai. Aur bhuk bhi nhi lgti ot pet fula fula sa rhta hai. Aur mera weight din pe din km hota ja rha hai. khana khane k baad aisa feel hota hai jaise khana digest hi na hua hai

Hello, 1. Avoid all food items which are maida based, deep fried, cooked outside, packaged. 2. Include lots of vegetables(cooked), fresh fruits in your diet 3. Drink at least 2 liters of boiled-cooled water a day 4. Take one teaspoon of ghee at bed time.

Ayurveda medicines: 1. Triphaladi churnam 1 teasppon with one cup of hot water at bed time.

Aapki samasya ko dekhte hue lagta hai ki aapko chronic constipation aur agni ki kami ka samna karna pad raha hai, jo apke pachan kriya me asamanta la raha hai. Ayurveda ke anusar, yeh prakriti vata vriddhi ka nateeja ho sakta hai jise vata prakop kehte hain. Kuch vyavharik aur aasan upayo se iss paristhiti ko dur kiya ja sakta hai.

1. Triphala Churna ka upyog: Raat ko sone se pehle gungune pani ke sath 1-2 chammach Triphala Churna ka sevan karein. Triphala apke aanton ki safai me sahayak hoga aur apke pachan kriya ko sudharega.

2. Garam Pani ka sevan: Sobe utkar lagbhag 1 glass garam pani ka sevan karein. Yeh aapke aanton ko stimulate karega aur din bhar ke liye achchi shuruaat dega.

3. Adrak aur Shahad: Adrak ka chhota tukda le kar uska ras nikal lijiye aur 1 chamach shahad ke sath mila kar khali pet grahan karein. Yeh apke agni ko prabal karega aur pachan kriya me sudhar karega.

4. Bhojan mein Fiebr shaamil karein: Apne ahar mein zyada se zyada roughage aur fibres (jise aap sabjiyon aur phalon se paa sakte hain) shaamil karein. Yeh aapke motion ko asaan banayega.

5. Jal ka sevan: Din bhar mein 8-10 glass pani ka pyalein. Pani ko chhota chhota ghoont lekar peeje taaki vo apke shareer ko dhimi magar lagatar taratahi mile.

6. Santra ya Musambi ka rus: Har din ek glass fresh santra ya mosambi ka ras kriya; yeh apke pachan ko fire up karega aur kabj ko dure karega.

7. Jalebee Reeti se Moodramasa Aparna: Iss vedhi se aapko santoosh milega aur overall digestion aur pachan kriya mein sudhar hoga.

Ye kadam lamba samay tak aapko fayda denge agar inhe avshada ke saath karyanvit kiya jaye. Lekin, yadi samasya gambhir hai aur in nuskhon se bhi sudhaar nahi hota, to aap ek visheshagya doctor se salah le.

Drink sufficient quantity of water. Increase intake of raw vegetables and fruits. Tab.Erandbhrushta haritaki 0-0-3 with lukewarm water at bedtime.

Tab. Shankhavati 2 tabs after food suck and eat like hajmola.

Tab. Gandharva Haritaki 3 tabs at bed time with hot water.

Don’t worry Mahima, Start taking 1. Abhyarishta 15 ml with 30 ml of Luke water just after having g meal b.d 2.panchsakar choorna 1 tsf with lukewarm water after having meal twice in a day… You will definitely get relief…
