The symptoms you’re experiencing like running nose, wheezing, and prolonged tonsillitis indicate an imbalance in the Kapha dosha, often accompanied by aggravated Pitta. Your dust allergy further suggests hypersensitivity which is typical of imbalanced doshas. We should focus on reducing Kapha and Pitta while enhancing Agni, the digestive fire, to address bad breath and overall symptoms.

To start, pay attention to your diet. Avoid cold, heavy, oily, and fermented foods which exacerbate Kapha and Pitta. Opt for warm, easily digestible meals including cooked vegetables like carrots and spinach, along with light grains such as quinoa and barley. Ginger tea can be beneficial; it stimulates Agni and aids respiratory issues. Brew fresh ginger slices in water, consume 2-3 times daily.

Triphala is an effective Ayurvedic remedy for managing tonsillitis and enhancing digestion. Mix one teaspoon of Triphala powder with warm water, take this each night before bed. For wheezing, Licorice tea provides relief - steep about a teaspoon of dried licorice root in hot water and drink twice daily.

Since dust allergy plays a part in your symptoms, it’s crucial to minimize your exposure. Keep living spaces clean and use air purifiers if possible - ayurvedic practices also suggest nasya or nasal oil application. Anu taila or sesame oil applied to nostrils may provide a protective barrier against allergens and improve symptoms.

As bad-breath is persisting issue, ensure proper oral hygiene along with tongue scraping using a stainless steel scraper to remove debris from the tongue surface each morning.

While these recommendations can assist you, if symptoms worsen or you experience any severe breathing difficulty, it’s important to seek immediate medical attention. Always consult a qualified practitioner before starting any new treatment regimens.

The symptoms you’re experiencing suggest a possible imbalance in Kapha and Vata doshas, often associated with respiratory and sinus issues in the Siddha-Ayurvedic tradition. The persistent bad breath might be linked to ama (toxins or undigested food) lingering in the system, possibly aggravated by tonsillitis and sinus congestion.

Firstly, addressing the ama buildup is crucial. Consider incorporating Trikatu churna (a blend of black pepper, long pepper, and dry ginger) into your daily routine to stimulate digestion and enhance metabolism. You can take half a teaspoon mixed with honey, twice daily after meals. This formula can help in clearing the excess mucus and improving agni.

For the running nose and wheezing, Sitopaladi churna mixed with honey could provide relief. Take half a teaspoon of Sitopaladi churna with a teaspoon of honey, twice a day. This can help soothe the respiratory tract and reduce irritation.

Additionally, practicing neti (a nasal cleansing technique) with saline water might help in cleansing your nasal passages, thus providing alleviation from congestion and dust allergies. Ensure the water is lukewarm and sterile to prevent any infection, and perform this in the morning.

It’s also important to strengthen your immune system. Regular use of rasayana (rejuvenative) herbs like Amalaki (Indian gooseberry) can be beneficial. Consuming fresh amla juice or a quality Amalaki supplement daily can keep the immune system robust and help manage allergic responses.

Given the severity of symptoms, especially the prolonged tonsillitis and bad breath, it’s important to follow-up with healthcare providers to rule out any underlying conditions that require immediate attention. In Siddha-Ayurveda, taking a holistic approach is key, combining these herbal remedies with lifestyle adjustments and dietary modifications aimed at balancing Kapha and Vata in the body.
