I am 45 years old, and in my family, my grandmother was diabetic and now my father is also diabetic; due to diabetes, he is blind. Today, I casually checked my fasting blood sugar at home, because I had done it for them, and my fasting level came out to be 118 mg/dL. Previously, three months ago, my fasting sugar was 95 mg/dL. Over the past month, I have been taking Thunder Blast Ras and WellRoute Testo, as my doctor had suggested, because I was experiencing some premature ejaculation (PE) and erectile dysfunction (ED) issues. I was taking Thunder Blast Ras twice daily, in the morning and at night. I want to understand if my slight increase in blood sugar could be due to Thunder Blast Ras. Currently, I regularly go to the gym, but my gym has been closed for the past three months. I would also like a proper diet plan for myself, including morning, breakfast, lunch, and dinner, considering my situation.

Your fbs 118 slightly at border line but it doesn’t mean that you are diabetic, to confirm that it’s better once to get Hba1c levels through that you can know how your sugar levels are in these 3 months And the tablets which you have mentioned are not reasons for your blood sugar rise As you are telling that since 3 months you r not going to gym that might be the reason for your rise in sugar levels Daily brisk walk for atleast half an hour Soak methi seeds at night and at morning chew it and then drink water Eat 4 to 5 neem leaves daily Once seeing the hba1c / ppbs report will guide you further
