Dr. Gursimran Jeet Singh
I am Dr. Gursimran Jeet Singh, born and raised in Punjab where culture and traditions almost naturally guided me toward Ayurveda. From very early days I felt more drawn to natural ways of healing, and this curiosity finally led me to pursue Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) at Shri Dhanwantry Ayurvedic College, Chandigarh—an institution known for shaping strong Ayurvedic physicians. During those years I learned not only the classical texts and treatment methods, but also how to look at health through a very practical, human lense. For the past five years I worked in clinical practice, where patients come with wide range of concerns—from chronic digestion troubles to autoimmune illness—and I try to integrate both Ayurveda and modern medical knowledge to give them the most complete care I can. Sometimes western diagnostics help me to understand the stage of disease, while Ayurveda helps me design treatment that address root cause. This bridging approach is not always easy, but I believe it’s necessary for today’s health challanges. Currently I am also pursuing higher studies in Panchakarma therapy. Panchakarma is an area I feel very strongly about—it is not just detox, it is a whole system of cleansing, rejuvenation, rebalancing, and I want to deepen my expertise here. In practice, I combine Panchakarma with lifestyle guidance, diet planning, herbal remedies, yoga and mindfulness practices depending on what a patient actually needs at that moment. No two cases are same, and Ayurveda reminds me daily that healing must be personal. My approach is always focused on root-cause management rather than temporary relief. Diet, herbs, therapeutic oils, meditation routines, and simple daily habits—they all work together when chosen rightly. Sometimes results come slow, sometimes faster, but I try to keep care sustainable and compassionate. Helping someone regain energy, sleep better, or reduce pain, that is the real achievement in my journey. And I continue learning, because Ayurveda is deep, it doesn’t finish with one degree or one training, it grow with every patient and every experiance. My specialties lie in treating a range of chronic and lifestyle-related conditions using Ayurveda’s time-tested principles, tailored to each individual’s unique constitution (Prakriti). I have significant expertise in managing digestive disorders, such as irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), acid reflux, constipation, diabetes, obesity and inflammatory bowel diseases. I also specialize in addressing stress-related and mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, insomnia, and burnout, which are increasingly common in today’s fast-paced world. By integrating therapies like Shirodhara (oil pouring on the forehead) to calm the nervous system, Abhyanga (herbal oil massages) to balance Vata dosha, and adaptogenic herbs like Ashwagandha and Brahmi, I help patients achieve mental clarity and emotional resilience. In the field of musculoskeletal and joint health, I excel in treating conditions like arthritis (rheumatoid and osteoarthritis), back pain, sciatica, and sports injuries. Using therapies such as Kati Basti (localized oil retention on the lower back) and potent anti-inflammatory herbs like Guggulu and Shallaki, I focus on reducing inflammation, improving joint mobility, and strengthening tissues. My treatments have helped many patients, particularly those seeking non-invasive alternatives, regain mobility and reduce pain through a blend of internal medications and external therapies. Skin disorders are another key area of my practice, where I address conditions like eczema, psoriasis, acne, and pigmentation issues holistically. By focusing on blood purification and balancing Pitta dosha and detoxifying Panchakarma techniques like Raktamokshana (bloodletting). My approach targets dietary and lifestyle triggers, offering sustainable results for clients who previously relied on temporary solutions like topical steroids. My dual expertise in Ayurveda and modern medicine allows me to create integrative treatment plans that are both effective and safe. I am deeply committed to patient education, empowering individuals to embrace Ayurvedic principles for sustainable health. Through this online platform, I am excited to offer virtual consultations, making the profound benefits of Ayurveda accessible to all. Whether you seek relief from a specific condition or aim to enhance overall vitality, I look forward to guiding you on your journey to balance and well-being with compassion and expertise.

Hello I completely understand your concern. Let’s address both — your husband’s acid reflux and your granddaughter’s dandruff — with simple, safe, and effective Ayurvedic approaches that can be followed at home.

✅ HUSBAND ‘S ACID REFLUX

✅ AYURVEDIC PLAN OF TREATMENT

✅ INTERNAL MEDICATION (for 6–8 weeks)

1. Avipattikar Churna – 1 tsp with lukewarm water before meals twice daily. (Neutralizes acidity, improves digestion, and cools the stomach.)

2. Kamdudha Ras (Plain) – 1 tablet twice daily with cold milk or water. ( Excellent for calming Pitta and reducing burning sensations.)

3. Yashtimadhu Churna – ½ tsp mixed in warm milk at bedtime. ( Coats the stomach lining and promotes healing.)

4. Amalaki Rasayana – 1 tsp in the morning on an empty stomach. ( Restores digestion and prevents acid recurrence.)

✅HOME REMEDIES

Cold Milk with Ghee- Take ½ cup cold milk + 1 tsp cow ghee before bed for soothing effect.

Jeera Water- Boil 1 tsp cumin seeds in 1 glass water, cool and sip after meals.

Aloe Vera Juice- 20 ml in ½ cup water on an empty stomach every morning reduces internal heat.

Licorice Tea- Boil 1 tsp Yashtimadhu in 1 cup water and drink once daily.

✅DIET AND LIFESTYLE MODIFICATION

✅Include: Warm, light meals like moong dal khichdi, boiled vegetables, rice gruel. Sweet fruits like banana, pomegranate, ripe papaya. Ghee and milk in small amounts for soothing the gastric lining.

❌Avoid: Late-night eating and lying down immediately after meals. Spicy, fried, sour, or tomato-based foods. Tea, coffee, and alcohol.

✅Lifestyle Tips: Have dinner by 7:30 PM and walk for 10 minutes afterward. Sleep with the head slightly elevated. Practice Sheetali Pranayama or Anulom Vilom at night for cooling and relaxation.

✅ GRANDDAUGHTER ‘S DANDRUFF

✅AYURVEDIC PLAN OR TREATMENT

✅ External Applications

1.Durdurpratadi taila Apply slightly warm oil to scalp 2–3 times a week. Massage gently and leave for 30–45 mins before washing. 👉 Nourishes scalp, reduces dandruff, and strengthens roots.

2. Aloe Vera + Lemon Juice Mask: Mix 2 tbsp fresh aloe vera gel + few drops lemon juice. Apply on scalp 20 mins before hair wash. 👉 Soothes itching and reduces fungal growth.

3. Fenugreek (Methi) Pack: Soak 2 tsp methi seeds overnight - grind and then mix with curd and apply 30 mins before wash. 👉 Reduces dandruff and promotes smooth hair texture.

4. Herbal Wash: Use Reetha + Shikakai + Amla decoction instead of chemical shampoo. Keeps scalp clean and balanced.

✅DIET AND LIFESTYLE MODIFICATION

Avoid very frequent washing with chemical shampoos — 2–3 times a week is enough.

Encourage intake of amla, curry leaves, coconut, and fresh fruits.

Maintain hydration and regular oiling to prevent dryness.

Keep stress low — stress can worsen both dandruff and acid reflux.

Warm Regards, Dr Snehal Vidhate

HELLO,

Acid reflux happens when excess stomach acid moves upward into the food pipe, causing burning in the chest, sour belching, or nausea Ayurveda describes it as a disturbance of Pitta dosha (the fire element responsible for digestion). when Pitta becomes too strong due to wrong diet, or habits, it mixes with stomach fluids and irritates the food pipe and stomach lining

COMMON CAUSES -eating late at night or overeating -spicy, oily, sour, or fried food -excess tea, coffee, alcohol, or tobaccoo -stress,anger, irregular sleep -suppressing natural urges

TREATMENT GOALS -balance the aggravated pitta dosha -neutralizes excess acid -strengthen digestion -protect the inner lining of the stomach and food pipe -improve sleep and calm the mind

Acid reflux is a lifestyle related, reversible disorder, with disciplined habits, correct diet, and ayurvedic remedies that cool pitta and strengthen digestion , symptoms generally subside within 6-8 weeks. The key is consistency and calmness of mind

PART 2= DANDRUFF

Dandruff occurs when the scalp becomes dry, scaly, and itchy, In Ayurveda it cooressponds to darunaka, caused by aggravation of vata and Kapha doshas. vata dries the scalp, while kapha creates stickiness and scales

With over 18 years of dedicated Ayurvedic practice, I have focused extensively on treating skin and hair disorders, integrating classical Panchakarma therapies with individualized care. A major aspect of my clinical approach involves Upakarma procedures—supportive therapies within Panchakarma—which I customize based on each patient’s Prakriti (constitutional type). I believe true healing begins when treatments are aligned with the body’s natural balance, and this philosophy guides every aspect of my work. My specialization includes the preparation and use of Ayurvedic formulations that I personally design, including face packs, hair packs, body oils, and facial oils—each one carefully selected and recommended according to the patient’s specific dosha and skin/hair condition. These formulations are result-oriented and rooted in time-tested Ayurvedic principles, ensuring safe, natural, and sustainable outcomes. In my practice, Ayurvedic facials are more than just cosmetic procedures; they are therapeutic treatments tailored to the unique constitution of each individual, aiming to restore inner and outer harmony. By incorporating dosha-based skincare routines and traditional beauty therapies, I help patients achieve visible improvement in conditions like pigmentation, acne, hair fall, and premature aging—without relying on chemical-based solutions. My goal is to blend classical Ayurveda with a practical, patient-focused approach. Whether managing chronic skin concerns, offering customized herbal solutions, or delivering rejuvenative Panchakarma therapies, I ensure each treatment is deeply personalized, holistic, and rooted in authentic Ayurvedic wisdom.

HELLO, ASK AYURVEDA

Dr. Sara Garg
I am someone who believes Ayurveda isn’t just some old system — it’s alive, and actually still works when you use it the way it's meant to be used. My practice mostly revolves around proper Ayurvedic diagnosis (rogi & roga pariksha types), Panchakarma therapies, and ya also a lot of work with herbal medicine — not just prescribing but sometimes preparing stuff myself when needed. I really like that hands-on part actually, like knowing where the herbs came from and how they're processed... changes everything. One of the things I pay a lot of attention to is how a person's lifestyle is playing into their condition. Food, sleep, bowel habits, even small emotional patterns that people don't even realize are affecting their digestion or immunity — I look at all of it before jumping to treatment. Dietary therapy isn’t just telling people to eat less fried food lol. It’s more about timing, combinations, seasonal influence, and what suits their prakriti. That kind of detail takes time, and sometimes patients don’t get why it matters at first.. but slowly it clicks. Panchakarma — I do it when I feel it's needed. Doesn’t suit everyone all the time, but in the right case, it really clears the stuck layers. But again, it's not magic — people need to prep properly and follow instructions. That's where strong communication matters. I make it a point to explain everything without dumping too much Sanskrit unless they’re curious. I also try to keep things simple, like I don’t want patients feeling intimidated or overwhelmed with 10 things at once. We go step by step — sometimes slow, sometimes quick depending on the case. There’s no “one protocol fits all” in Ayurveda and frankly I get bored doing same thing again and again. Whether it’s a fever that won’t go or long-term fatigue or gut mess — I usually go deep into what's behind it. Surface-level fixes don’t last. I rather take the time than rush into wrong herbs. It’s more work, ya, but makes a diff in long run.

Dr. Maitri Bhavesh Kumar Acharya
I am Dr. Maitri, currently in my 2nd year of MD in Dravyaguna, and yeah, I run my own Ayurvedic clinic in Ranoli where I’ve been seeing patients for 2 years now. Honestly, what pulled me into this path deeper is how powerful herbs really are—when used right. Not just randomly mixing churnas but actually understanding their rasa, virya, vipaka etc. That’s kinda my zone, where textbook knowledge meets day-to-day case handling. My practice revolves around helping people with PCOD, acne, dandruff, back pain, stiffness in knees or joints that never seem to go away. And I don’t jump to giving a long list of medicines straight away—first I spend time figuring out their prakriti, their habits, food cycle, what triggers what… basically all the small stuff that gets missed. Then comes the plan—herbs (single or compound), some diet reshuffling, and always some lifestyle nudges. Sometimes they’re tiny, like sleep timing. Sometimes big like proper seasonal detox. Being into Dravyaguna helps me get into the depth of herbs more confidently. I don’t just look at the symptom—I think okay what guna will counter this? Should the drug be snigdha, ushna, tikta? Is there a reverse vipaka that’ll hurt the agni? I ask these questions before writing any combo. That’s made a huge diff in outcomes. Like I had this case of chronic urticaria that would flare up every week, and just tweaking the herbs based on sheetala vs ushna nature... helped calm the system in 3 weeks flat. Not magic, just logic. I also work with women who are struggling with hormonal swings, mood, delayed periods or even unexplained breakouts. When hormones go haywire, the skin shows, digestion slows, and mind gets foggy too. I keep my approach full-circle—cleansing, balancing, rejuvenating. No quick fixes, I tell them early on. What I’m hoping to do more of now is make Ayurveda feel practical. Not overwhelming. Just simple tools—ahara, vihara, aushadha—used consistently, with some trust in the body’s own healing. I’m still learning, still refining, but honestly, seeing people feel in control of their health again—that’s what keeps me rooted to this.

Dr. Snehal Vidhate
I am Dr. Snehal Vidhate, born n brought up in Maharashtra—and honestly, for as long as I remember I’ve felt this pull towards Ayurveda. Not the fancy version ppl throw around, but the deep, real kind that actually helps ppl. I did my BAMS from YMT Ayurvedic Medical College in Kharghar. That’s where I got my basics strong—like really studied the shastras, understood prakriti, doshas, the whole deal. Not just crammed theory but started to see how it shows up in real lives. After finishing BAMS, I got into this one-year certificate course at Rashtriya Ayurveda Vidyapeeth, Delhi—honestly a turning point. I was super lucky to learn Kerala Ayurveda from my Guru, Prof. Dr. G.G. Gangadharan. He’s got this way of seeing things... simple but deep. That time with him taught me more than any textbook ever could. It kinda reshaped how I look at health, healing n how precise Ayurveda can be when you respect its roots. Right now I’m doing my MD in Panchakarma from SDM Ayurveda College, Bangalore. This place is like a hub for serious Ayurveda work. The Panchakarma training here? Super intense. We go deep into detoxification & rasayana therapy—not just theory again, but hands-on. I’m learning to blend classical techniques with today’s clinical demands.. like how to make Vamana or Basti actually doable in modern patient setups. My current practice is really about merging tradition with logic. Whether it’s chronic skin issues, gut problems, stress burnout or hormone stuff—my goal is to get to the root, not just hush the symptoms. I use Panchakarma when needed, but also a lot of ahara-vihara tweaks, medhya herbs, sometimes just slowing ppl down a bit helps. I really believe Ayurveda’s power is in its simplicity when done right. I don’t try to fix ppl—I work *with* them. And honestly, every patient teaches me something back.

Dr. M.Sushma
I am Dr. Sushma M and yeah, I’ve been in Ayurveda for over 20 yrs now—honestly still learning from it every day. I mostly work with preventive care, diet logic, and prakriti-based guidance. I mean, why wait for full-blown disease when your body’s been whispering for years, right? I’m kinda obsessed with that early correction part—spotting vata-pitta-kapha imbalances before they spiral into something deeper. Most ppl don’t realize how much power food timing, digestion rhythm, & basic routine actually have… until they shift it. Alongside all that classical Ayurveda, I also use energy medicine & color therapy—those subtle layers matter too, esp when someone’s dealing with long-term fatigue or emotional heaviness. These things help reconnect not just the body, but the inner self too. Some ppl are skeptical at first—but when you treat *beyond* the doshas, they feel it. And I don’t force anything… I just kinda match what fits their nature. I usually take time understanding a person’s prakriti—not just from pulse or skin or tongue—but how they react to stress, sleep patterns, their relationship with food. That whole package tells the story. I don’t do textbook treatment lines—I build a plan that adjusts *with* the person, not on top of them. Over the years, watching patients slowly return to their baseline harmony—that's what keeps me in it. I’ve seen folks come in feeling lost in symptoms no one explained… and then walk out weeks later understanding their body better than they ever did. That, to me, is healing. Not chasing symptoms, but restoring rhythm. I believe true care doesn’t look rushed, or mechanical. It listens, observes, tweaks gently. That's the kind of Ayurveda I try to practice—not loud, but deeply rooted.

Dr. Ravi Chandra Rushi
I am working right now as a Consultant Ayurvedic Ano-Rectal Surgeon at Bhrigu Maharishi Ayurvedic Hospital in Nalgonda—and yeah, that name’s quite something, but what really keeps me here is the kind of cases we get. My main focus is managing ano-rectal disorders like piles (Arsha), fistula-in-ano (Bhagandara), fissure-in-ano (Parikartika), pilonidal sinus, and rectal polyps. These are often more complex than they look at first, and they get misdiagnosed or overtreated in a lotta places. That’s where our classical tools come in—Ksharasutra therapy, Agnikarma, and a few other para-surgical techniques we follow from the Samhitas...they’ve been lifesavers honestly. My work here pushes me to keep refining surgical precision while also sticking to the Ayurvedic core. I do rely on modern diagnostics when needed, but I won’t replace the value of a well-done Nadi Pariksha or assessing dosha-vikruti in depth. Most of my patients come with pain, fear, and usually after a couple of rounds of either incomplete surgeries or just being fed painkillers n antibiotics. And I totally get that frustration. That’s why I combine surgery with a whole support plan—Ayurvedic meds, diet changes, lifestyle tweaks that actually match their prakriti. Not generic stuff off a handout. Over time, I’ve seen that when people follow the whole protocol, not just the procedure part, the recurrence drops a lot. I’m quite particular about follow-up and wound care too, ‘cause we’re dealing with delicate areas here and ignoring post-op can ruin outcomes. Oh and yeah—I care a lot about educating folks too. I talk to patients in OPD, sometimes give community talks, just to tell people they do have safer options than cutting everything out under GA! I still study Shalya Tantra like it’s a living document. I try to stay updated with whatever credible advancements are happening in Ayurvedic surgery, but I filter what’s fluff and what’s actually useful. At the end of the day, my aim is to offer respectful, outcome-based care that lets patients walk out without shame or fear. That’s really what keeps me grounded in this field.

Dr. Sandesha Shukla
I am a dedicated Ayurvedic physician, trained deeply in classical Ayurveda and still learning every day through my patients and practice. My work focuses on restoring balance and vitality by using time-tested Ayurvedic principles rather than quick fixes, which sometimes takes patience, for both of us. I spcialize in managing chronic health conditions, lifestyle-related disorders, and long-term wellness concerns, using individualized care instead of one-size plans. I am experienced in traditional Panchkarma therapies, herbal medicine, diet planning, and lifestyle guidance, all based on a patient’s unique Prakriti and present imbalances, or Vikriti as we say in Ayurveda. I spend a lot of time understanding digestion, stress patterns, sleep, joint pain, skin issues, and subtle symptoms that are often ignored. Sometimes patients expect fast results, and I have to slow things down, explain again, and that process matter. My approach is root-cause oriented, not symptom hiding. I focus on agni, dosha balance, and daily routines, even when it feels repetitive or uncomfortable at first. I believe healing works best when patients are involved, asking questions, adjusting habits, and yes, making mistakes along teh way. My clinic offers a calm, nurturing environment where traditional Ayurvedic healing meets modern understanding of chronic disease and preventive care. I try to create space where body and mind are treated together, not separately, even if that idea feels new to some. I am here to guide patients who seek relief, prevention, or simply better balance in life, using Ayurveda in a natural, holistic, and sustainable way!!

Dr. Katariya Nutankumar Parshotambhai
I am focused on ayurvedic care for male and female infertility, and most of my clinical work has grown around this area over time. I work closely with couples and individuals who are struggling with reproductive health concerns, using classical Ayurveda principles along with practical, day-to-day treatment planning. My experience in infertility management is extensive, though every case still feels a little different, and I do stop and rethink when needed. I approach male infertility and female infertility as whole-body conditions, not isolated problems. In Ayurveda, digestion, hormones, stress patterns, and daily routine all matter, and I try to address these together rather than chasing one symptom only. Treatment plans are individualized, sometimes adjusted slowly, sometimes faster than expected, depending on how the body responds, which can be unpredictable at times.. Patient care for me is about listening first, then explaining clearly, even if it takes longer. I believe ayurvedic infertility treatment requires patience, from the patient and also from me, and I stay involved through each phase of care. Results dont follow a fixed timeline, and I am honest about that, even when it feels uncomfortable. I continue to rely on traditional ayurvedic understanding of reproductive health while keeping my clinical decisions grounded in real patient response, not theory alone! This balance matters to me, even when I question my own approach and refine it again.

I am an Ayurvedic doctor trying to bring the old wisdom of chikitsa into daily life, even if sometime I feel I am still learning new things every single day.. I work mostly with the classical principles, the ones I studied again n agin during my training, and I try to see how they fit with each patient’s prakriti and the tiny details of their health story. I am often thinking how Ayurveda doesn’t rush anything, it asks for understanding of the roga and even the rogi in a deeper way, and I keep that in mind when someone walks in and tell me their concerns. Some cases are simple, some not really, but I do my best to look at the ahara, vihara, dosha pattern and even the habits they don’t notice at first. Sometimes I get a bit caught up in analysing too many factors at once, or typing notes too fas and mixing commas,, but at the core I focus on using authentic Ayurvedic approaches—herbal formulations, routine correction, panchkarma suggestions where needed—and I try to guide people gently without overwhelming them. I am also aware that many patients come with doubts or half-heard ideas about Ayurveda, and I try to clear those without sounding too “doctorly,” just explaining what makes sense for their body. I want them to feel they can trust the process, even if progress take time or feel slow on some days. I am still growing in this field, and every person who comes to me reminds me why I chose Ayurveda in the first place: clarity, balance, and healing that respects the person as a whole. There are moments where I wish I had more hours in a day to study more granthas or revise a chapter I skipped, but I stay committed to giving care that is genuine, thoughtful and rooted in traditional practice—even if the journey gets a bit messy here n there !!

Dr. Sanidhya Sharma
I am working as a Medical Officer at KIPS Panchkarma Thulasi, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, where I have been serving for almost 1 year and 6 months now. This center is part of a reputed Ayurvedic hospital from Kerala, and that connect gives me chance to work with authentic Kerala medicines and practice Panchakarma therapies in their true classical way. Day to day I see patients with chronic and acute disorders, and the focus is always to bring balance in doshas, restore strength and give relief without harsh side effects. I have in-depth knowledge of Kottakkal Ayurveda medicines, and this allows me to choose formulations that are both safe and effective. Sometimes I combine Panchakarma like Virechana or Basti with specific diet correction and lifestyle plan, sometimes a simple herbal preparation is enough. Each case is different, and I like to understand prakriti, the root of imbalance, rather than just symptoms. Being in this role also taught me that patient trust matters more than anything, because people often come after trying many other treatments. When they see small improvements—better sleep, less pain, lighter digestion—they feel motivated and continue the healing process. At times progress is slow, but Ayurveda works in depth, and I feel it’s important to guide with patience. Working here gave me not only clinical exposure but also confidence that classical Ayurveda still has very strong relevance in modern times. I want to keep learning, keep refining, and help more patients find health in natural way. Mistakes happen, some days are harder, but that’s part of practice too.

Dr. Sahana A N
I am a doctor who has worked as an intern in a Government hospital in Mysore, and that time shaped a lot of my basic clinical thinking. During that period I was exposed to many real life cases, from OPD work to emergency situations, and it helped me understand how different patients respond in real settings. I also spent time working in rural hospitals, where resources were limited but learning was deep and practical. Along with hospital work, I volunteered in many medical camps, where I got to interact with patients from different backgrounds and health conditions. These experiences taught me how important clear communication and patience really is. Sometimes things did not go as planned, but that is how learning happens. Working in these setups helped me build confidence, responsibility and a better understanding of patient care at ground level. I still carry those lessons with me in daily practice, and they continue to shape how I approach treatment and decision making.

Dr. Narendrakumar V Mishra
I am a Consulting Ayurvedic Physician practicing since 1990—feels strange saying “over three decades” sometimes, but yeah, that’s the journey. I’ve spent these years working closely with chronic conditions that don’t always have clear answers in quick fixes. My main work has been around skin disorders, hair fall, scalp issues, and long-standing lifestyle stuff like diabetes, arthritis, and stress that kinda lingers under everything else. When someone walks into my clinic, I don’t jump to treat the problem on the surface. I start by understanding their *prakriti* and *vikriti*—what they’re made of, and what’s currently out of sync. That lets me build treatment plans that actually *fit* their system—not just push a medicine and hope it works. I use a mix of classical formulations, panchakarma if needed, dietary corrections, and slow, practical lifestyle changes. No overnight miracle talk. Just steady support. Hair fall and skin issues often feel cosmetic from outside—but internally? It’s about digestion, stress, liver, hormones... I’ve seen patients try 10+ things before landing in front of me. And sometimes they just need someone to *listen* before throwing herbs at the problem. That’s something I never skip. With arthritis and diabetes too, I take the same root-cause path. I give Ayurvedic medicines, but also work with *dinacharya*, *ahar* rules, and ways to reduce the load modern life puts on the body. We discuss sleep, food timing, mental state, all of it. I’ve also worked a lot with people dealing with high stress—career burnout, anxiety patterns, overthinking—and my approach there includes Ayurvedic counseling, herbal mind support, breathing routines... depends what suits them. My foundation is built on classical *samhitas*, clinical observation, and actual time with patients—not theories alone. My goal has always been simple: to help people feel well—not just for a few weeks, but in a way that actually lasts. Healing that feels like *them*, not just protocol. That’s what I keep aiming for.
