Incorporating mindfulness practices can make a huge difference too. Meditative practices or gentle yoga help calm the nervous system by grounding Vata. Try gentle yoga sessions, particularly grounding poses like Tadasana and Vrksasana, or meditative activities for about 20-30 minutes each day.

Take Ashwagandha or Brahmi supplements; they’re known to support nervous system health. However, make sure you consult with an Ayurvedic professional to confirm whether they suit your constitution and possible interactions with other medications.

Occasionally, chronic tinnitus may point to underlying conditions. It’s prudent to continue consulting with a specialized ENT to exclude any other medical issues. If it’s severe or impacting sleep and daily life intensely, reach out to a healthcare provider sooner rather than later so as not to risk further complications.
