Maintaining warmth in their clothing and environment is essential, especially avoiding exposure to cold drafts.
Observing environmental factors is vital, such as keeping your child away from dust and smoke, which can irritate the respiratory passages and worsen symptoms. Adequate hydration is also crucial; warm water or herbal teas should be encouraged regularly.
