हाय मेरा सवाल मेरे 7.5 साल के बेटे के लिए है। उसे अक्सर रात में सोते समय और सोते हुए कानों में बहुत खुजली होती है। मैं चिंतित हूँ क्योंकि कई डॉक्टर कुछ नहीं ढूंढ पाए हैं। तो कृपया मुझे बताएं कि वह ऐसा क्यों करता है।

Avoid stimulating activities an hour before bedtime to reduce stress, which can exacerbate Vata symptoms.
