मेरे साथ पिछले 6 महीनों से कभी-कभी दस्त और ढीले मल की समस्या हो रही है। जब दस्त होता है तो गुदा में जलन भी होती है। सुबह जीभ पर सफेद परत होती है। पिछले एक साल में मुझे लगता है कि मुझे मूंगफली से एलर्जी हो गई है। मल गर्म निकलता है और 6 महीने पहले इसका रंग हरा था, लेकिन अब यह पीला और भूरा हो गया है। सुबह 5 बजे के बाद मुझे तुरंत मल त्यागने की जरूरत महसूस होती है और पेट खाली करना पड़ता है। गुदा में जलन कभी-कभी आधे दिन तक रहती है। मुझे इसे मैनेज करने के लिए कुछ सलाह चाहिए।

Hello So, for the past 6 months, you’ve been dealing with on-and-off loose stool, a burning sensation in your rear, yellowish-brown and hot stool, and that urgent need to go in the mornings (after 5 AM). Plus, you’ve got that white coating on your tongue and this new peanut allergy. Sounds like it’s really messing with your day-to-day and your stomach is not comfortable. Basically, in Ayurveda, it looks like you have Pitta-pradhana Grahani mixed with Ama AYURVEDIC UNDERSTANDING –Too much Pitta is causing the burning, hot stools, urgency, and yellow color. –Ama (think toxins) seems to be behind the white tongue and new allergy. –Your Agni (digestive fire) isn’t stable, which is why your digestion is hit or miss, leading to the loose stools. –That early morning urge? It means your Apana Vata is pushing waste out too hard because your colon is irritated. TREATMENT GOAL – Cooling down that extra Pitta – Getting rid of the Ama – Helping your gut lining heal – Getting your bowel movement back to normal – Stopping that burning feeling and urgency AYURVEDIC PLAN INTERNAL MEDICATION 1. Kutaj Ghan Vati 2 tablets, twice a day after your food 2 Avipattikar Churna: 1 teaspoon before lunch and dinner 3. Bilva Avaleha: 1 teaspoon, twice a day after meals 4. Yashtimadhu Churna: ½ teaspoon, twice a day (this is for healing your gut) 5 Triphala + Guduchi powder: Take this with warm water at night HOME REMEDIES 1. Drink buttermilk with roasted cumin and a pinch of hing after lunch. 2. Soak coriander seedsin water overnight, then drink the water first thing in the morning. 3 Drink 20 ml of Amla juice every day. DIET PLAN INCLUDE – Rice gruel (peya) – Curd + rice – Pomegranate – Coconut water – Bottle gourd – Moong dal Stay away from this stuff: –Peanuts –Spicy food –Fried stuff –Tea and coffee –Anything fermented –Bakery items –Sour fruits Lifestyle changes – Try to be asleep before 11 PM. – Don’t eat late at night. – Chill out and avoid stress or getting angry. – Go for a walk after you eat. – Try Sheetali and Anulom-Vilom pranayama. If we treat the Pitta-Grahani correctly, those symptoms will completely go away. If you don’t do anything, it could turn into something like IBS, colitis, or malabsorption.
