To gain quick relief, mix a tablespoon of honey with warm water and a dash of lemon and sip it. You can do this 2-3 times a day or whenever the cough becomes too annoying. It’s generally great for just dry coughs since it doesn’t work as well when there’s lots of mucus involved.
