I’ve been struggling with constant tiredness, brain fog, and general low energy for the past 6 months. I’ve seen a few doctors who say everything looks normal, but I know something isn’t right. A friend suggested that I try an Ayurvedic consultation to see if there’s something more holistic I can do to address these symptoms. I’m not sure what to expect from the consultation though. Will the doctor look at my physical symptoms only, or do they also consider things like my emotional state and daily habits? I’m curious if the treatment will involve more than just herbs—maybe lifestyle changes or specific routines? Any tips on what to prepare for would be greatly appreciated.
