Struggling with Panic Attacks and Physical Weakness - #50911

My age 35, I had two times panick attack. Once panick attack happened after my father death. More than 3 Year's i have stress. My heart rate increase while night sleep and wakeup. Excessive tiredness while morning wakeup, feel like get to more sleep and headache. My body is weaken and can't jocking or running. My hand and leg bone joint are frequently stiffen and little pain(tick sound in bone when I bent). I feel My hand and foot fingers are tension while lying on bed. I feel blood flow on foot and hand fingers. And Bp also hike 140/90 after this issue. Sleeping problem also and unpeaceful mind. Got constipation issue frequently.

Hello, Along with ayurveda medicines plwase start following the below listed: 1. Drink 2 liters of boiled cooled water a day. 2. Increase the amount of vegetables and fruits in your diet 3. Avoid non veg food-outside food completely for 6 months. 4. Have 3 meals a day at set times. 5. Let there be a gap of 2 hours between going to bed and dinner. 6. Join yogasana-pranayama classes and attend them everyday. Ayurveda medicines - 1. Mahakayanaka ghritham 1 tsp in the morning in empty stomach followed by a cup of boiled warm water For 90 days. 2.
