My daughter aged 44 is a Downsyndrome . She is hving a nausea feeling always . She has flum in the throat which she is not able to bring out being a special child. Allopathy have tried for more than two months but the flim does not come oit. She is otherwise fine having normal motion andurine

1) tab sino 1 cap twice daily after meal
2) Sitopaladi Churna
2 gm + honey, twice daily after food
3)Avipattikar Churna
3 gm at bedtime with warm water
4)Yashtimadhu Tablet
1 tab twice daily after food
— Advice:
Warm water frequently
Steam inhalation daily
Avoid curd, cold food, fried & spicy items
Early light dinner
Head elevation during sleep
