My sister is 14 years old and she got her periods at 12 but now from 8-9 month her periods is inreggular what can I do at home to bring??

Your sister is 14 years old, periods started at 12, and for the last 8–9 months they are very irregular (missing months). Since she has no other symptoms, this is most likely hormonal immaturity + poor diet. At this age, we should support the body gently, not force periods with strong medicines. 🌼 Why This Happens at 14? In teenage years, ovaries don’t ovulate regularly. The brain–ovary hormone connection is still developing. If diet is mostly junk food 🍟 + low nutrition → hormones fluctuate more → periods skip. ✅ What You Can Do at Home (Safe Methods) 1️⃣ Improve Diet FIRST (Most Important) This alone can fix cycles in 2–3 months. Daily include: 🥬 Green vegetables (at least 1 bowl) 🍎 1 fruit daily 🥜 5 soaked almonds 🥣 Home-cooked dal, roti, rice 🥛 Milk (if tolerated) 🧂 Small piece jaggery after lunch Avoid: Maggi Chips Cold drinks Excess bakery Too much fried food 👉 Hormones need proper nutrition to work. 2️⃣ Warm Ajwain Water (Very Safe) Boil ½ tsp ajwain in 1 glass water. Give warm once daily for 5–7 days before expected date. This improves uterine circulation naturally. 3️⃣ Gentle Yoga for Hormone Balance Daily 10–15 minutes: Butterfly pose Yogic squat Cobra pose Bridge pose Very helpful in teenagers 🌿 4️⃣ Check Her Sleep Sleep before 10:30–11 PM No late-night mobile 7–8 hours sleep Late sleep disturbs menstrual hormones. ⚠️ Do NOT Do Do not give strong period medicines. Do not give hormonal pills without doctor. Avoid heavy Ayurvedic medicines like Rajapravartini at this age without evaluation.
