🌙 Immediate 5-Day Sleep Reset Plan 1️⃣ Night Routine (Very Important) Do this daily for 5 days: ✔️ Dinner before 8 pm ✔️ No phone after 9 pm ✔️ Lights dim after 9 pm ✔️ Sleep by 10–10:30 pm Your brain needs rhythm. 2️⃣ Warm Milk Therapy (Ayurvedic Simple Method) Before bed: 1 cup warm milk 1 pinch turmeric 1 pinch nutmeg (jaiphal – very small amount) ½ tsp ghee This reduces Vata and calms the nervous system. ⚠️ Nutmeg only a small pinch. 3️⃣ Foot Massage (Very Powerful) Before sleep: Apply warm sesame oil or ghee Massage soles for 5–7 minutes Wear cotton socks This alone can improve sleep dramatically. 4️⃣ Simple Breathing (2 Minutes Only) Lie down and do: 4 seconds inhale 6 seconds exhale Slow breathing activates parasympathetic nervous system. 5️⃣ If Mind Is Overactive Take: Brahmi tablet (mild dose) OR ½ tsp Brahmi ghrita at night (If no digestive issues.) 🚫 Avoid ❌ Scrolling in bed ❌ Checking daughter repeatedly unless medically needed ❌ Heavy dinner ❌ Tea/coffee after 4 pm Why This Is Happening You are under emotional stress. Even if you don’t consciously feel it, your body is alert. Frequent awakening = Vata aggravation. This is reversible. If sleep does not improve in: 7–10 days OR You feel anxiety, palpitations, or daytime exhaustion Then we adjust the plan.
