Biopsy results pending, can Ayurveda help with healing and prevention? - #16551

A couple of weeks ago, I noticed a strange lump on my neck that wasn’t painful but felt firm. I didn’t think much of it at first, but when it didn’t go away after a few weeks, I decided to see a doctor. They ran some tests and eventually suggested a biopsy to check what’s going on. Now I’m stuck waiting for the results, and the stress is making it worse. I have no other major symptoms except occasional fatigue and a little bit of weight loss, which I thought was just from my recent diet changes. But now, with the doctor suggesting a biopsy, I’m starting to get really anxious. Could stress be making things worse? Also, is there anything in Ayurveda that can help my body heal faster after a biopsy? I’ve read that Ayurveda focuses on balancing the body and preventing deeper imbalances from turning into diseases. If my biopsy comes back normal, should I still do something to detox my body and prevent future issues?
