nerve doctor - #17311
For the past few months, I’ve been dealing with this weird tingling and numbness in my hands and feet. Sometimes it feels like pins and needles, other times it’s like my hands just don’t have full strength. It started off as an occasional thing, but now it’s happening more often, and I even wake up in the middle of the night with my hands feeling completely numb. I went to my regular doctor, and they said I might need to see a nerve doctor to check if it’s a neurological issue. They mentioned something about nerve compression or even a vitamin deficiency, but I don’t understand why this is happening. Could it be something serious? Since I’m not getting clear answers, I started looking into Ayurveda to see if there are natural ways to heal nerve problems. Does Ayurveda have treatments for nerve damage or weakness? Are there specific herbs or oils that help restore nerve function? I read that Ashwagandha and Brahmi might help, but do they actually work? Also, should I be changing my diet? Are there foods that support nerve health and reduce inflammation? I really don’t want to rely on painkillers or nerve medications if there’s a way to fix this naturally. Can Ayurveda help restore nerve function, or do I definitely need to see a nerve doctor for this?
