chest x ray - #17498
I went to the doctor last week because I was feeling a tightness in my chest for a few days. It wasn’t exactly pain, but more like a pressure, especially when I took deep breaths. Sometimes I would also have a mild cough, but no fever or anything major. The doctor suggested doing a chest x ray to check if there’s any infection or fluid buildup in my lungs. I wasn’t expecting anything serious, but when the chest x ray results came back, the doctor said there were some mild abnormalities and that I should consult a specialist. Now I’m really confused and worried. I don’t smoke, and I don’t have asthma or any major lung issues as far as I know. But for the last few months, I’ve had a lot of fatigue and occasional shortness of breath. Could this be related? The doctor didn’t explain much, just said we need to do more tests. I don’t want to go down a long path of medical procedures without knowing if it’s actually necessary. Can Ayurveda help in understanding what might be causing these issues? Are there Ayurvedic methods to improve lung health or detoxify the respiratory system? Also, could certain foods or lifestyle habits be causing my symptoms? I’ve heard that toxins can build up in the body and show in unexpected ways—could that be a reason for the chest x ray findings? I’m also wondering if stress or poor digestion could be linked to this somehow. I do have acidity issues sometimes, and I’ve heard that it can affect the lungs too. Is there a natural way to clear out whatever might be causing these breathing problems before I go through more medical scans and treatments? I would appreciate any advice on Ayurvedic herbs, breathing exercises, or home remedies that might help me recover faster. Also, should I be worried about the chest x ray results, or could it be something mild that will resolve on its own?
