For chronic acidity, gas, and piles with bleeding, Ayurveda provides natural remedies that can help with symptom relief and healing. Here’s a simplified approach:

1. For Acidity and Gas Relief: Triphala: Helps balance digestion and relieve acidity. Take 1-2 grams at bedtime with warm water. Aloe Vera: Drink 1-2 tablespoons of pure aloe vera juice in the morning. Cumin Water: Boil cumin seeds in water and drink it after meals to ease digestion and gas. Fennel Seeds: Chew after meals to reduce bloating. Ginger and Honey: Mix fresh ginger with honey twice daily to relieve acidity. 2. For Piles and Bleeding: Aloe Vera Gel: Apply externally to reduce inflammation. Drink aloe vera juice for internal healing. Haritaki: Aids digestion and softens stools. Take 1-2 grams mixed with warm water. Witch Hazel: Apply to the affected area to relieve pain and bleeding. Piles Herbs: Pippali and Guggulu help reduce swelling and promote healing. 3. Dietary & Lifestyle Changes: Eat Fiber-Rich Foods: Fruits, vegetables, and whole grains to prevent constipation. Stay Hydrated: Drink plenty of water to support digestion. Avoid Spicy Foods: These can worsen acidity and piles. Exercise: Regular walking or yoga aids circulation and digestion. 4. Ayurvedic Medicines: Arshkalp Vati: Treats piles and reduces swelling. Kachnar Guggulu: Helps with swelling and dissolving masses. Triphala Churna: Improves bowel movements and reduces gas. Results Timeline: You may notice improvements in 4-6 weeks with consistent use of remedies and lifestyle changes.

It’s best to consult an Ayurvedic Surgeon for personalized treatment to look at surgical options if medications don’t help.

Dealing with long-term issues like acidity, gases, and piles can be pretty frustrating, and I’m glad you’re open to trying out some Ayurvedic remedies. Let’s dive into some natural solutions that I think might help you. Keep in mind, everybody’s different, so you might need a bit of tweaking to find what really clicks for you.

First thing first, let’s talk about your Pitta dosha. When it’s off balance, it can crank up the heat, sparking both acidity and piles. To cool things down, you might want to look at your diet. Avoid super-spicy foods, hot and fried stuff, you know the usual culprits. Go for more cooling grub like melons, cucumbers, and coconut water—super refreshing for the system.

For the gas problem, chew on a small piece of ginger before meals. It’s kinda amazing at revving up your Agni, or digestive fire, without adding extra heat. Sprinkle a bit of black salt on the ginger; not only tasty but also good for balancing digestion.

Now about those piles. Sitz baths can be a savior. Try sitting in warm water with a teaspoon of Triphala powder. This time-tested remedy soothes and can actually help dissolve the pile mass a bit. Doing this twice a day if you can really makes a difference.

Some potty habits might be worth looking at too. Avoid sitting on the toilet for too long, don’t strain, and try positioning yourself in a “squatty” way even if you don’t have an actual squatty potty—your knees should be a bit higher than your hips; a step stool can do it.

Stress can be a hidden enemy. Practice some light Yoga or deep breathing exercises to zap stress and encourage healthy bowel movements. It’s amazing what just a few minutes a day can do.

Finally, Triphala Churna—a classic Ayurvedic mix—is something you can take. About half a teaspoon with warm water before heading to bed works overtime as you sleep.

But hey, if these issues get worse or the bleeding doesn’t let up, don’t hesitate to see a qualified healthcare provider, okay?
