I read that eyelid swelling can be caused by allergies, infections, fluid retention, or even poor circulation, but I don’t know what’s triggering mine. I don’t have any diagnosed eye conditions, and I haven’t changed any skincare or makeup products recently. Could Ayurveda help me understand the root cause of my eyelid swelling and provide natural solutions to reduce inflammation and discomfort? I don’t always follow a strict sleep schedule, and my diet includes a lot of salty and processed foods—could my lifestyle be affecting my eye health and causing fluid retention around my eyelids?
