Alright, let's talk about your symptoms – they sound quite uncomfortable, especially the mix of gas, bloating, and epigastric pains. You been through a lot with different treatments. So, let me give you some insights focused on Ayurveda's perspective, which can complement what you're already doing. For starters, it sounds like Vata dosha might be a bit aggravated here, causing that gas and bloating. Ayurveda suggests balancing Vata with some dietary and lifestyle modifications. Warm, cooked foods can be helpful. Think about adding cumin, fennel, and ginger to your meals; they help with digestion and reducing gas. Maybe try sipping warm water with a sprinkle of ginger throughout the day. You've already tried Triphala, which is great for digestion, keep that in your rotation but maybe tweak how you're using it. Taking it at bedtime with warm water helps regulate the bowels and might calm Vata imbalances. On to Ashwagandha, it helps balance Vata and reduces stress, which can be a big factor here. Try a teaspoon mixed with warm milk or water every night before bed, if your constitution (prakriti) tolerates it. Avoid if you have a lot of heat in your system, because it can be heating itself. For immediate gas relief, hingvastak churna can work wonders. A pinch of this churna mixed with warm ghee taken just before meals can help tone down the gas. Remember, your digestion (agni) needs a gentle wake-up. Eating meals regularly, like having lunch as the biggest meal when digestion is strongest (around noon), can help keep things balanced. And don't forget about stress management – consider yoga or pranayama. They’re pretty vital for overall health and especially digestion. But hey, if things get worse, especially those stomach pains – do check in with a healthcare professional, we don’t wanna miss something that needs immediate attention. This is just a piece of the puzzle and working with your doctor’s advice is key. Stay healthy and keep listening to your body.
