Manpreet, aapka wajan nahi badh raha aur aapko Hepatitis B, peeth dard, kulhe ka dard aur sareer se patake nikalne ki samasya ho rahi hai, khaaskar subah uthne par ya khelne ke baad. Yeh jigar ki kamzori, pachan tantra ki samasya, aur haddiyon/manspeshiyon ki kamzori ka sanket ho sakta hai. 1. Wajan badhane aur jigar ko majboot banane ke upay Aahar me sudhar karein: • Protein badhayein – Moong dal, chana, dahi, paneer, aur anda (yadi shakahari nahi hain). • Gur aur til ka sevan karein – Yeh pachan sudharte hain aur shakti dete hain. • Desi ghee aur gaay ka doodh – Pratidin 1-2 chammach roti ya khichdi ke saath lein. • Anjeer, khajoor, bheege hue badam – Subah khaane se shakti milegi. • Hari sabziyan aur mausami fal – Yeh jigar aur pachan tantra ke liye laabhdayak • Ashwagandha churna (1/2 chammach doodh ke saath raat ko) – Wajan aur shakti badhane me madad karega. • Triphala churna (½ chammach garam paani ke saath raat ko) – Jigar ko saaf karega aur pachan sudharega. • Maha Narayan tail se malish – Peeth aur kulhe ke dard ke liye upyogi hai. 2. Haddiyon aur jodon ki majbooti ke liye upay • Akhrot aur til ka sevan karein – Jodon aur haddiyon ko majbooti milegi. • Dhoop lein – Sharir ko Vitamin D milega. • Halka yoga aur vyayam karein – “Makarasana” aur “Bhujangasana” kulhe ke dard ke liye laabhdayak hain. 3. Jigar aur pachan tantra ko sudhrid karne ke liye jeevan shaili me sudhar Sharab aur teli bhojan se bachen – Yeh jigar ko kamzor kar sakta hai. Subah garam paani me nimbu dal kar piyein – Yeh sharir ko shuddh karta hai. 7-8 ghante ki neend lein – Yeh sharirik swasthya ke liye awashyak hai. Agar samasya bani rahti hai, to Vitamin D, Calcium aur Liver Function Tests (LFTs) karwa sakte hain. Koi aur prashn ho to bataiye!

Hi Manpreet, Thank you for sharing these details. 1. Can you tell me if you feel fatigued or have any digestive issues, like loss of appetite or indigestion? 2. Also, does the back and hip pain worsen with specific movements or activities? Understanding how your body feels after rest and during physical activity will help in identifying potential imbalances.

Weight gain can be challenging, especially if you're dealing with underlying health conditions like hepatitis B. It's important to take a gentle approach that supports your overall health. Hepatitis can affect the liver's function, impacting metabolism and digestion, which may contribute to difficulty in gaining weight. Also, the pain in your back and hips might be influencing your activity levels. Firstly, it's crucial to focus on improving your digestive fire or agni. Agni plays a vital role in transforming nutrients into tissues (dhatus). You might want to start with including ginger in your daily routine. Chew a small piece of fresh ginger with a pinch of salt before meals to stimulate digestion. This can aid in better nutrient absorption. Your diet should be supportive of your constitution and health condition. Eat warm, nourishing foods that are easy to digest such as kitchari, which is prepared with rice and mung dal. Include ghee (clarified butter) in moderation, as it can enhance tissue building while being light on the liver. Small, frequent meals throughout the day will be more effective than larger meals that can strain your liver. Since you're experiencing joint pain, consider an oil massage with warm sesame oil, focusing on the affected areas. This can help alleviate discomfort and improve circulation. Additionally, gentle yoga practices that focus on strengthening and supporting joints without causing strain can be beneficial. Hydration is key. Warm ginger, fennel, or cumin tea can aid digestion and help in detoxification. Ensure you're drinking sufficient water throughout the day, but avoid cold beverages that can dampen your agni. Lastly, it's essential to continue medical supervision for your hepatitis B and discuss any ayurvedic practices with your healthcare provider. Ayurveda can aid in symptom management, but shouldn't replace conventional treatment for hepatitis B. If your weight issues persist or worsen, or if the pain increases, consult with a medical professional promptly for a more tailored care plan.
