Your symptoms of dizziness, leg pain, fatigue, and eye floaters indicate that your body might be experiencing weakness and poor circulation. Since your hemoglobin is 11, it is slightly lower than the optimal range, which can contribute to these issues. 1. Ashwagandha Capsules – 1 capsule once a day with milk or warm water 2. Drakshasava – 2 tablespoons with equal water after meals, twice a day Eat leafy greens, dates, pomegranate, and jaggery Avoid tea, coffee, and processed foods Drink plenty of water to stay hydrated Get enough sleep and manage stress with meditation or deep breathing Engage in light physical activity like walking .practice pranayama and Surya Namaskar Let me know after 7 days if symptoms doesn’t subsidie with following the above we can go for other investigations
Hi Mona, Have you ruled out any involvement of ear or neck especially the cervical region, as usually dizziness can also be associated with inner ear imbalances or cervical pathologies. Hb is slightly low but may not cause severe dizziness. When did the symptoms start exactly?
Hi Mona,
I’m sorry you’re feeling this way. To better understand, do you experience dizziness while standing up, or does it happen throughout the day? Do you have any other symptoms, like headaches, blurred vision, or trouble concentrating? Also, does your fatigue worsen at certain times of the day?
With a hemoglobin level of 11, you may have mild anemia, which could be contributing to your dizziness and fatigue. To boost iron levels, try consuming Guduchi (Tinospora) and Ashwagandha, which can help support overall energy. Additionally, Amla (Indian gooseberry) can improve your iron absorption. For eye floaters, Triphala may help maintain eye health. To reduce tension, try deep breathing exercises, and ensure you’re eating iron-rich foods like spinach, lentils, and beets. Always consult with a healthcare provider to ensure a comprehensive treatment plan.

Take good amount vegetables and fruits and green leafy vegetables. Do walking everyday atleast 30 mins. Massage your foot with ksheera bala taila and soak in hot water with epsom salts daily atleast 15 days.

Thank you.
Your symptoms suggest you might be experiencing anemia, which could lead to dizziness, fatigue, and leg pain. With a hemoglobin level at 11, it’s slightly lower than what’s considered optimal, especially for women. Anemia can arise from various reasons like nutritional deficiencies or other underlying health concerns. First off, it would be wise to confirm with a healthcare professional that anemia is indeed the culprit, since you’re reporting these symptoms.
In Ayurveda, we consider the balance of doshas, dhatus, and agni when addressing ailments. Anemia may link to a Pitta and Vata imbalance. Considering your symptoms, dietary adjustments could be particularly beneficial. Prioritize iron-rich foods like spinach, beetroot, pomegranate, raisins, and figs; they help build blood. Include jaggery and sesame seeds, both known for enriching the blood.
It’s also crucial to enhance your agni, or digestive fire, ensuring you absorb nutrients effectively. Consider taking a mix of triphala with warm water before bed. This ancient herbal concoction aids digestion, balances doshas, and improves assimilation.
Rest is vital. Make sure you’re getting enough sleep, as fatigue compounds any underlying issues. Implement a routine that supports sleep hygiene, aiming for consistency in your sleep schedule.
Dizziness and eye floaters may indicate a need for moderation. Implement a daily routine that avoids excessive screen time and stressors. You might practice Shitali pranayama—a cooling breath exercise—to settle both your mind and body when you’re feeling tense or anxious.
For your leg pain, gentle yoga or mild stretching in the morning can support circulation and relieve discomfort. However, if pain persists or worsens, kindly consult a healthcare provider.
While these strategies align with Ayurvedic principles, don’t hesitate to seek medical advice to rule out deeper concerns. Safety and well-being are paramount, and integrating modern medical input with Ayurvedic wisdom often yields the best outcomes.
