Premature ejaculation is a common concern for many men, and Ayurveda offers personalized approaches which may help improve your condition by addressing the root cause of imbalance. From the information you've shared, stress and a busy lifestyle might be major contributors, especially with the 4-5 hours of sleep you mentioned. Ayurveda emphasizes the importance of balance through doshas - Vata, Pitta, and Kapha - and your symptoms might be linked to a Vata-Pitta imbalance. First, let's talk about your sleep. Ayurveda suggests creating a calming bedtime routine to improve sleep quality. Try going to bed by 10 pm, an ideal time in Ayurvedic rhythm. Before bed, you might find benefit in drinking warm milk with a pinch of nutmeg or turmeric; this aids relaxation. Make your sleeping environment calming, keeping digital devices and bright lights away. Diet plays a pivotal role. Include healthy fats like ghee, almonds, and walnuts, and avoid spicy, acidic or processed foods which may aggravate Pitta. A consistent meal schedule helps maintain balance. Try eating your last meal at least 3 hours before bed to support digestion and allow your Agni, or digestive fire, to rest overnight. Herbal Support can be helpful too. Ashwagandha and Shatavari are renowned for their adaptogenic properties and can support sexual health. One tsp of Ashwagandha powder mixed in warm milk, taken daily, may help. But consult a local Ayurvedic practitioner before starting herbs, especially in Qatar. Exercise is vital! Practicing yoga and breathing exercises like Pranayama can calm your mind, but also enhance energy flow and vitality. Focus on poses that enhance stamina, such as Surya Namaskar and Trikonasana, dedicating 20-30 minutes daily if possible. Remember, patience and consistency are key. Embarking on this journey with dedication may bring positive changes.
