It seems you're experiencing a combination of joint discomfort, digestive issues, urinary and gynecological symptoms, and vitamin deficiencies. Considering your symptoms, let's approach this holistically through Ayurveda. Firstly, the constant joint pain and sounds along with your vertebral issue point towards a Vata imbalance. Warm oil massages, especially with sesame or mahanarayan oil, can help nourish and strengthen joints. Heat from a rice or salt pack applied over the lower back may also bring relief to your L5-S1 area. Digestion lies at the heart of health in Ayurveda, and your symptoms of acidity and leaky discharge upon eating sour foods suggest an aggravated Pitta. Opt for cooling, alkaline foods like cucumber, coconut water, and incorporate trips to maintain digestive balance. Herbal formulations such as Avipattikar churna before meals can help ease acidity. Also, avoid sour, spicy, or fermented foods for a while. For leucorrhea, Pathya Aadi kashayam is often recommended to purify and support female reproductive health. You might want to look into natural alternatives such as yashtimadhu (licorice) which may soothe mucous membranes and support female health. It's crucial to ensure your menstruation-related complaints are assessed by a gynecologist, as painful periods can be linked to various underlying issues. The deficiency of vitamin D deserves attention. While you've attempted supplements, effective sun exposure during early morning or late afternoon (for at least 20 minutes daily) can help enhance absorption. Since there are always underlying causes contributing to vitamin D deficiency, have your parathyroid function assessed. To address UTI, consistently drink cranberry juice and enhance hydration with barley water or coriander water, known for their diuretic properties. Avoid sugar-laden, processed drinks. This is an area wherein consultation with a healthcare provider is essential. Your food regimen appears conscious already, and your symptoms upon consuming almonds or certain foods could signal sensitivity or allergies. This sensitivity needs careful elimination and potentially integration through Ayurveda's principle of anupana, which means the medium through which you consume it. Before committing to any particular regimen, collaborating with an ayurvedic practitioner would bring more nuanced understanding and guide you to tailor treatments specifically to you, ensuring a holistic and sustained recovery.
