I often feel bloated, and full tummy in addition to that I often suffer from nasal congestion ,and cough, related problems as well. Apart from exercising and maintaining a healthy lifestyle I am unable to lose my weight.

Try one simple remedy Chew 8-10 cumin seeds post lunch And take 100 steps walk after lunch dinner Avoid too much pulses Try to drink hot water throughout the day For nasal congestion you can go for vachadi Tailam Nasya that daily you need to put 2 drops of warm oil in each nostril Avoid junk processed foods ,cold foods Start with anulom vilom pranayama
