Aapke bayaan se aisa lagta hai ki aap hypothyroidism, arthritis aur peri-menopausal lakshan se guzar rahin hain, jo milkar vyapak sharirik pain aur thakan ka karan ban rahe hain. Ayurveda mein, hum prathekik roop se har bimari ko uske mool karan tak pahunchne ki koshish karte hain aur us hisaab se upchar tay karte hain. Sabse pehle, aapke liye diet par dhyaan dena zaroori hai. Jitna ho sake, aapko laghu, easily digestible aur warm bhojan grahan karna chahiye. Moong dal ka pani, sabhudana, khichdi, aur gawar bhaji ka sevan kare. Aapko wheat ya bajra jaisi bhari cheezein aviod karna chahiye. Garam paani pita rahein aur khane mein tayl ka prayog se bachne ki koshish kare. Vata dosha ko shant karne ke liye, aap abhyanga (taila se sharirik malish) kar sakte hain, isse marod aur peeda mein rahat milegi. Gingelly or sesame oil is particularly effective. Snan ke pehle 15-30 minute tel malish apne pure sharir par karein, fir naram paani se nahayein. Aapki digestive issues ke liye, trikatu churna (saindhav, sonth aur marich ka mishran) ka sevan karna fayde mand ho sakta hai—half chammach gungune paani ke sath, din mein do baar. Ye aapke agni ko prajvalit karne aur bhojan ko digestion mein madad karega.
