Hii My Right Kidney is got injured and then it's working 50% only - #22071

Hii dr, My age is 29 right now and I had accident in 2017 since then my kidney problem came that right kidney got injured too and it's small in size too so my creatinine level is 5.7 right now, how can I cure my kidney or not. Or how can I reduce creatinine even I am full veg diet only.
