What are the benefits of castor oil breast massage that I should know about? - #22235

I am really curious about castor oil breast massage benefits. I heard from a friend, who swears by this, that it's suppose to help with breast health and maybe even increase firmness? I’ve started to notice some changes over the last few months and feel like I could use some help! I mean, I’ve been reading about how castor oil can hydrate the skin, but I’m unsure about how much it actual helps. Does it really help with circulation and any soreness too? My friend said something about it also being good for lymphatic drainage — is that true? I don’t know if I'm doing it right though, like do I massage it in certain direction or for how long? I guess I'm just nervous about trying something new, you know? But then again, I feel like it can't hurt going natural if it can provide those castor oil breast massage benefits everyone talks about. Any tips or experiences you guys have would help me so much! Thanks a million!!

Yes castor oil massage can help you. Circular motion massage for 15 minutes daily will help.

If you practise some yoga postures along with it you will get a nice shaped upper body.

Stretching your hands from front to back with an erect spine. Stretching your hands from up to behind your back with an erect spine. Placing your elbows on a wall at the chin level n curving the upper body on the outside direction.

Castor oil massage is becoming increasingly popular for very good reasons. Many women say that combining castor oil with gentle breast yoga stretches, good posture, and healthy fats in the diet enhances breast muscle. Steps for massage — Gently Warm the Oil Slightly – Not hot.

Massage Technique:Use gentle circular motions starting from the center of your breast outward.

Then move upward toward the armpit to encourage lymph flow.

Spend around 5–10 minutes per side, ideally at night.

Do this 3–4 times a week is a good start.

Can be used daily for a few weeks if you want good results.

how to do- do it at night before bed or after warm shower when pores are open warm the oil slightly massage gently and circular motion stating from centre of breast to outward , always massage towards armpit to follow lymphatic flow use light to moderate pressure massage for 5-10 minutes daily on fix time

can also use warm cloth or heat pad over breasts for 10-15 min after massage which can help in absorption and lymphatic stimulation
