Ulcer ka samadhan Ayurvedik drishti se bilkul sambhav hai. Aapke varnon ke anusaar, pet me jalan, nausea aur dard like symptoms vata aur pitta dosh ke ashant hone ka sanket dete hain. Pehle to aapko apni pitta shamak aahar aur vihar par dhan rakhna hoga. Aapko dhyan dena hoga ki khane mein zyada teekhapan, telya, aur acidic cheezein se bachna chahiye.
Apni aahaar mein moong dal, dahi, khichdi aur hara sabzion ka samavesh karein. Nyeitratmak padarthon ka sevan karein jaise ghrit (ghee) javitri aur saunf. Saathi hi, divis par sicer ya lemon water ka sevan vichar karna achcha rahega, ise bilkul halka garam pani ke saath lein.
Kuch ayurvedik aushadhiyan jo is samasya mein sahayak ho sakti hain, unmein Avipattikar churna aur Kamdudha rasa ka samavesh hai, parantu inne koi bhi treatment shuru karne se pehle ek Ayurvedacharya se paramarsh lein.
Jeewan shaily mein sudhar karna bhi zaroori hoga. Stress ko kam karein yoga aur dhyan ke maadyam se. Dincharaya mein vishram aur pravaas bhi imp jaise carrier aspects ko badlaw karna zaroori samjha jata hai.
