I am honestly kind of stressing about my hair these days. It’s been thinning a bit, and I’ve tried a bunch of things, but I feel like nothing works. A friend mentioned to me that diet plays a big role, especially dry fruits, but I have no clue which dry fruit is best for hair growth. I remember my grandma always swore by almonds, but then I read somewhere walnuts are also good, right? I mean, does it really matter which ones I pick? I love snacking on dried figs too—are those helpful for hair growth, or are they more just a treat? I heard a lot of different opinions online, and it just gets so overwhelming. Do I have to eat a ton of them every day or just a few? Like, I want to be consistent, but sometimes I forget. Any advice on which dry fruit is best for hair growth that actually works? Help!
