I am really curious about roasted chana and its nutritional value. I started including it in my diet recently because I heard it's a great snack. It’s crunchy and fills me up without those heavy feelings you get from chips or other junk food. but I found myself wondering how much calories in roasted chana really are. I have a tendency to snack a lot and I’m trying to keep track of what I eat. Last week, I had a bit too much, not sure if it’s okay or if I should be careful?? I mean, I feel like I could eat it all day! When I looked online, I found different info about how much calories in roasted chana, like some sites say it’s around 200 per 100 grams, but is that normal? I’m not really sure how that fits into my overall diet, especially with my goal of weight loss. Honestly, do you think it’s a good snack idea or should I limit it?? Would love some input!
