I am aged 52. Married. From last few months I am suffering from erectile dysfunction. Am a government employee with hectic work load and very irregular food habits. I am doubtful about prostate issues.

First of all avoid pittavardhak ahar vihar like excessive spicy,sour,salty,oily food etc..
And start taking 1.Ashwagandha choorna 1 tsf twice in day with Lukewarm milk.
2.Safed Musli powder 1 tsf twice in a day with Lukewarm milk twice in a day.
