Let’s explore some practical steps you could take.
Firstly, consider incorporating Ashwagandha and Safed Musli into your daily routine. These herbs are known for their rejuvenative properties on the reproductive system. For Ashwagandha, take about 5 grams of powder mixed with warm milk or water twice a day. Safed Musli can also be consumed in a similar manner, about 2-3 grams daily.
Your digestive fire, or “agni”, plays a significant role in energy levels and vitality. Try to establish regular meal times, as skipping meals can lead to a weak agni. Favor a diet that’s warm, cooked and oily to pacify vata dosha. Include foods like whole grains, nuts, seeds and ghee. Avoid overly spicy, salty, and excessively sour foods that can aggravate pitta dosha.
