Addressing anxiety and panic attacks in Ayurveda often starts with understanding your dosha constitution. Vata imbalances can commonly lead to anxiety and stress, so focusing on bringing Vata back into balance may help alleviate these issues. Begin with a daily routine that emphasizes regularity, such as waking up and going to bed at consistent times.

To reduce anxiety and manage panic attacks, start practicing Abhyanga, which is self-massage using warm sesame oil, in the morning. This simple practice can be deeply grounding. Additionally, incorporate Ashwagandha in your routine, around 500 mg of the powdered root twice daily, taken with warm milk, to support the nervous system.

Hair loss, particularly hereditary, can be influenced by both Pitta and Vata doshas. You might want to try application of Bhringraj oil to the scalp every other day, as it is known in Ayurveda to support hair health. Leave the oil on for an hour before washing with a mild shampoo.

Diet plays a pivotal role as well. Aim for a Pitta-pacifying diet that includes sweet, bitter, and astringent tastes. Foods like dairy, coconut, and asparagus work well. Avoid excessive spicy, salty, and sour flavors which can aggravate Pitta.

For premature ejaculation, Ayurvedic texts suggest the use of Shatavari and Shilajit. Taking these herbs in measured doses can be useful; consider Shatavari churna, half teaspoon twice a day. Combining it with practicing Yoga and Pranayama, specifically breathing exercises like Nadi Shodhana and Bhramari, which can calm your mind and enhance your focus.

If family concerns are part of the stress, meditation, and indeed seeking familial resolution is vital. This means open communication may alleviate mental pressures.

Addressing these issues holistically and committing to lifestyle changes can offer improvement. For any ongoing or severe symptoms, consulting a qualified Ayurvedic practitioner will provide more tailored guidance.

Addressing this combination of anxiety, hair loss, and premature ejaculation through Siddha-Ayurvedic principles requires a focus on the foundational imbalances, particularly in the vata dosha. Anxiety, characterized by an unsettled mind, often stems from aggravated vata and can manifest in more than one way including hair loss and reproductive challenges.

1. Anxiety Management: Begin with restoring vata balance, emphasizing calming routines. Introduce meditation or pranayama (breathing exercises) daily for 10-15 minutes. Practices like anulom vilom (alternate nostril breathing) help calm the mind and realign mental energies. Ensure adequate sleep, aiming for 7-8 hours, as poor sleep further aggravates vata.

2. Diet and Habits: Keep your meals grounding and nourishing, focusing on warm, cooked foods such as soups and stews. Use spices like turmeric, cumin, and coriander to aid digestion and soothe the mind. Avoid caffeine and heavy, spicy foods which can disrupt the nervous system. Consuming a glass of warm milk with a pinch of nutmeg at night can promote relaxation and better sleep.

3. Hair Loss: Hair issues come from pitta and vata imbalances. Regularly massage your scalp with oils such as bhringraj or coconut oil. These help not only in restoring scalp health but also in reducing stress. Practicing a hair care routine consistently supports hair health over time.

4. Premature Ejaculation: Primarily linked with aggravated vata, this can be managed through herbs that stabilize reproductive tissues. Ashwagandha and shatavari are notable for enhancing vitality. A paste of ashwagandha powder with warm milk can be consumed twice daily.

5. Lifestyle Adjustments: Incorporate yoga asanas which are beneficial for stress relief, such as sarvangasana (shoulder stand) and shavasana (corpse pose), which align both body and mind.

For hereditary issues like hair loss, ayurveda supports managing symptoms and promoting optimal health through consistent lifestyle practices rather than a permanent cure. Ensure medical conditions are evaluated by a healthcare provider for a comprehensive approach, especially when stressors from your family context make it challenging to maintain mental calmness.
