Symptoms (Male, Age: 20) 1. Left testicle appears smaller than the right side 2. Pain increases during sexual arousal or erection 3. White discharge occurs occasionally 4. Pain during urination, especially when pressure is applied while passing urine 5. General body weakness and lack of energy 6. Previously diagnosed with left-sided epididymo-orchitis 7. Completed prescribed antibiotic course, but symptoms still persist 8. Mild discomfort and occasional heaviness in the scrotal area 9. No fever currently, but overall fatigue continues
