I am really confused right now about my health situation. A few months ago, I started feeling super sluggish and my digestion became terrible! I was always tired, even after sleeping for 8 hours. My friend suggested trying Navratna Yogamrit Tablets because she said they worked wonders for her mom's energy. I thought, why not give it a shot, right? I got them online and started taking them about 2 weeks back. Honestly, I’m not sure if I’m seeing any results yet. Should I be feeling more energized by now? I’ve been dealing with some really strange digestive issues too, like bloating and not being able to eat certain foods without feeling sick. I mentioned this to my doctor during my last visit, and all he did was prescribe probiotics, which helped a little but not as much as I’d hoped. Also, I read that Navratna Yogamrit Tablets can help with stress too, but I’m still feeling anxious a lot, maybe I’m just overthinking it?
