I am feeling kinda lost and need some advice. A few months ago I started dealing with these really frustrating health issues. Constant fatigue, weird digestion problems, and my skin just feels off. A friend recommended Himalaya Guduchi Tablets, swears by them for boosting the immune system and enhancing vitality. I tried them for a couple of weeks but started wondering if their really working or if I'm just imagining relief?? I also read something about how Guduchi is good for stress relief and I guess I could use that considering all the work pressure lately! I was at this Ayurvedic clinic for a check-up and the doc there mentioned it could be a sign of low immunity, and suggested I stay on the tablets longer for better results, but man... it feels like I’m not seeing much change yet. Should I combine them with something else? Like, is it okay to mix Himalaya Guduchi Tablets with other herbs or supplements? I really want to feel more energetic and just get my life back on track! Any thoughts on dosage or any experiences with Himalaya Guduchi Tablets would mean a lot right now! Thanks in advance!
