Your symptoms suggest that you might be experiencing a combination of acidity (or acid reflux), muscle tension, and possibly stress-related issues. In Ayurveda, these can be linked to an imbalance in the Pitta dosha, which governs digestion and metabolism. Here’s a comprehensive approach to manage and reduce these symptoms:

First, focus on dietary adjustments to soothe Pitta and improve digestion. Consume cooling, non-spicy foods to help balance the acidity. Incorporate more cucumbers, melons, leafy greens, and coconut water into your diet. Avoid spicy foods, acidic foods like citrus, and caffeine as they may aggravate the condition. Eat smaller meals more frequently throughout the day rather than large meals to avoid overburdening your digestion.

Lifestyle modifications are equally essential. Stress can exacerbate both acidity and muscle tension, so integrating stress-reduction techniques is vital. Daily practice of yoga and pranayama (breath control) can help - specifically, the Anulom Vilom (alternate nostril breathing) practice can aid in calming the mind and reducing stress.

Promoting better sleep is crucial. Establish a nighttime routine to help wind down. Consider drinking a warm cup of almond milk with a pinch of nutmeg before bed to promote relaxation and better sleep. Ensure your sleeping environment is conducive to rest, with a comfortable bed and a quiet, dark setting.

For the chest muscle pain, gentle self-massage with warm sesame oil could help to ease the tension. Do this daily, preferably in the evening when your muscles are naturally looking to unwind.

If you feel frequent depression or unmanageable stress, it would be appropriate to discuss this with a healthcare provider to explore supportive therapies that can be more specifically tailored to your unique needs.

Keep in mind that these suggestions may take time to show effect, and consistency is key. Should symptoms persist or worsen, do consult a medical professional in person to rule out any underlying conditions that need immediate care.

Dealing with acidity and the symptoms you’re experiencing can be challenging, no doubt. It’s important to start by understanding that such issues often relate to an imbalance in the pitta dosha. When aggravated, pitta can lead to excessive acid production, which might explain your chest pain, indigestion, and related stress.

Firstly, I’d suggest focusing on a pitta-pacifying diet. This includes consuming more cooling, soothing foods: think sweet, bitter, and astringent tastes. Incorporate items like cucumber, watermelon, and coconut water into your regular meals. Avoid spicy, sour, and fried items as they can increase your symptoms. Also, eat your meals at regular intervals, never skipping breakfast, and keep your dinners light.

For relieving stress and improving sleep, practice relaxation techniques like deep breathing or meditation, preferably during the early morning or evening. They help balance vata energy, which could ease your mental stress. Regular physical activity, suited to your current energy levels, can also be quite helpful.

Herbal formulations like Guduchi or Triphala might aid digestion and detoxify your system. However, use them under the supervision of an Ayurvedic practitioner for correct dosage.

In the presence of persistent chest pain measuring its intensity and correlating it with any physical activity or rest is crucial. If these symptoms worsen or do not subside, seek immediate medical attention to rule out any serious conditions, particularly related to the heart or other vital organs. Remember, safety comes first, then Ayurveda can work in harmony as a complementary approach to your well-being.
