Kamdudha ras moti yukta-1-0-1 before meals. 2.Arogyavardhni vati-1-1-1 after meals. 3. Yauvanamrit vati-2-0-2 after meals 4. Shilajit sat liquid -2 drops in milk at bedtime. Diet- .Eat dates,soaked raisins and peeled almonds. .Eat bananas and pomegranate. .Eat foods that increase Nitric oxide like- green leafy vegetables,nuts . Yoga- Ardha matasyendrasana , pavanmuktasan , bhujangasan, sarvangasan,pelvic floor exercises,kegel exercise. Lifestyle modifications - .Stop addiction especially smoking. .Strength training to boost testosterone. .Stress management -Through meditation walking journaling gardening .Developing better emotional bond with the partner through meaningful conversation and spending quality time would be helpful.
