I am 22 years old men and I need to follow my skincare regularly to feel and stay younger more naturally. Kindly, suggest what are the things to follow for being younger and handsome naturally forever. Please provide do's and don'ts which greatly helps me to follow in daily lifestyle accordingly. And also provide me with nutritious food for the same.

Hello Santhosha ji, 1.Apply Aloe vera gel after cleaning the face with rosewater 2. Apply kumkumadi tel before bedtime

Follow these - 1. Adequate amount of water 2. Eat antioxidant rich food like amla, beans, green tea, spinach etc 3. Clean your towel and pillowcase every week 4. Avoid using makeup or some chemical product especially before sleeping. 5. Stress management -Through meditation, walking, journaling etc.

Hydration is key. Drinking warm water throughout the day can maintain agni (digestive fire), offering indirect support for clearer and more vibrant skin. Consider adding a pinch of lemon to your morning water; this can help with detoxification, supporting elasticity and glow.

Nutritiously, focus on fresh fruits like pomegranates and oranges, which are rich in antioxidants. Dark greens, like spinach, provide vital vitamins for skin health. Include nuts, especially almonds, for their healthy fats and moisturizing properties from within.
