Understanding Your Condition You are 22 years old, and your body is full of sexual energy by nature. You report: 5 days without sex, and you ejaculated. Within a few hours, you experienced nightfall (involuntary nighttime emission while asleep). Since then, you’ve been experiencing constant erections with precum.

What does this mean? Nightfall now and then is common at your age. But constant or prolonged erections (especially if painful) sometimes pose danger (condition priapism). If it is not painful and fluctuates with thinking/arousal, it is most likely a sign of too much stimulation of your nerves and hormones and not a disease.

In Ayurveda, this connects with: Vata dosha aggravation (leading to nervous over-excitement). Pitta imbalance (excess heat → excess semen loss & restlessness). Shukra dhatu dushti (reproductive tissue imbalance, excess discharge).

I do rely on modern diagnostics when needed, but I won’t replace the value of a well-done Nadi Pariksha or assessing dosha-vikruti in depth.
