AVP Murivenna - #33661
I am really struggling with some skin issues, and I don't know what to do. A few months ago, I started developing these weird rashes that are super itchy and sometimes red and inflamed. I’ve tried over-the-counter creams and even some natural oils, but nothing has really worked. A friend recommended AVP Murivenna, saying it helped her with some similar issues, but I’m a bit skeptical. I've read that AVP Murivenna is supposed to be good for skin irritations and I guess it has some cooling properties? Also, I’ve heard a bit about its use in Ayurvedic treatments. Does anyone know if AVP Murivenna actually works? Like, how long does it usually take to see some improvement? I also noticed that areas where I apply the creams sometimes feel worse a day or two later, which is confusing. Is that normal? I want to give the AVP Murivenna a shot but I’m worried I might waste money on something that doesn’t help. Have any of you used this before? How did it go for you? Hoping to get some insider experience here!

AVP Murivenna can indeed be a beneficial choice for those dealing with skin issues such as the rashes you’re experiencing. It’s a traditional Ayurvedic oil that contains ingredients known for their soothing and cooling properties, making it effective against itching, redness, and inflammation. Its primary use is for wounds and skin irritations due to its ability to promote healing and reduce discomfort.
In terms of how soon you might see improvements, it varies per individual. Typically, for mild skin conditions, you might start noticing a difference in around 7 to 10 days, but for more persistent rashes, it could take a few weeks. Give it at least a fortnight to evaluate its effects fully. Remember, consistency is key, apply the oil regularly, twice a day if possible—preferably morning and evening after cleansing the area. Also, gently massage the oil into the skin and leave it on to absorb fully before covering with any clothing.
Regarding your concern where creams seem to worsen your condition, this can happen, especially with certain synthetic or heavy formulations that irritate sensitive skin further. With AVP Murivenna, however, since it’s natural and usually quite gentle, the likelihood of adverse reactions is less. Nonetheless, as with any product, it’s smart to do a patch test on a smaller area to ensure there’s no unexpected reaction.
Before diving into usage, consider any diet or lifestyle factors that may affect your skin condition. Spicy, oily foods can exacerbate Pitta dosha imbalances, leading to inflammation and irritation. Incorporating a cooling diet with more cucumbers, bitter gourd, and melons can be supportive. Ensuring hydration and proper stress management is beneficial, as stress can often negatively impact skin health.
If symptoms persist, or if the redness and itching are accompanied by other symptoms, consulting an Ayurvedic practitioner or a dermatologist would be prudent. They can help rule out underlying conditions that need more targeted attention.
AVP Murivenna could be a beneficial addition for addressing your skin issues, especially given its roots in traditional Ayurvedic formulations known for their cooling and soothing properties. It’s an herbal oil known for alleviating inflammation and promoting skin healing, often used in cases of itchy rashes or minor skin irritations. It’s typically applied gently on affected areas and left to absorb for a while, allowing its active ingredients to penetrate and act on the irritated skin.
As for its effectiveness, it can vary individually, largely depending on your body’s specific dosha imbalance, such as excess pitta which is often associated with inflammatory skin conditions. Some people might see improvement within a few days, while others may need consistent application over a few weeks. Starting with a small patch test would be prudent to ensure there’s no adverse reaction.
To address your concern about worsening symptoms after applying other creams, this might happen if the cream misaligns with your skin type or worsens the imbalance. It’s important to avoid products too hot or too harsh, especially if pitta dominates.
When using Murivenna, gently massage the oil onto clean, dry skin once or twice daily. Avoid exposure to intense heat or sunlight immediately after application. If you notice no improvement or symptoms worsen, it’s helpful to consult an Ayurvedic practitioner. Persisting or worsening symptoms might indicate a deeper imbalance needing a tailored approach beyond topical treatments. Always prioritize safety, especially if any signs of infection or systemic reaction are present; in such cases, professional medical evaluation is essential.
