Hair fall, dandruff, and skin issues, it sounds like a lot to handle all at once. But don’t worry, Ayurveda can help with these. Let’s talk about these bit by bit.
For hair fall and dandruff, first thing, let’s check your diet. Often, issues like these are tied to an imbalance in Vata and Pitta dosha. Try including more warm, oily, and nutrient-dense foods like almonds, sesame seeds, ghee in your meals. They nourish your hair from the inside. Also, drink warm water throughout the day to stay hydrated but avoid ice-cold drinks, they’re not very friendly to our digestive fire, Agni.
An oily scalp massage with Bhringraj oil or coconut oil mixed with a few drops of rosemary or tea tree oil could be beneficial. Gently massaging your scalp improves blood circulation, nurturing your hair roots. Do this twice a week and leave the oil overnight for best results. And for dandruff, make a paste of fenugreek seeds (soaked overnight) and apply to your scalp, rinse after 20 min.
Pimples and skin patches, huh? Seems like Pitta dosha needs some balancing. Try drinking neem, tulsi, or giloy juice in the morning on an empty stomach, it has cooling properties and helps purify blood. Also consuming Amla juice or raw Amla daily can help boost your skin health. And avoid spicy, fried foods—they tend to irritate Pitta even more.
For wrinkle problems, it’s about hydration and nourishment. Use almond oil or ghee to gently massage your face, especially around the forehead. This helps keep skin supple. Consider also incorporating Ashwagandha or Chyawanprash, as they’re good herbs for strengthening body tissues and slowing aging signs.
These home remedies and dietary changes should see gradual improvement. But if things seem to get out of control, might be good to check with an Ayurvedic practitioner directly. They can provide more personalized guidance. Hope you get relief soon!
