I am in a bit of a pickle and could really use some advice. Lately, I’ve been dealing with this annoying skin issue — psoriasis. It started a few months ago, and at first, I just thought it was dry skin. But then, it got way worse! I’ve tried moisturizing like crazy, but nothing seems to help and I’m too tired of slathering on creams that just don’t work!
