I am trying to get a handle on my weight since I moved to this new city and honestly, it’s been a challenge. Like, I used to be pretty active, but now with long work hours, I feel kinda lazy. I started drinking sugarcane juice after hearing it’s super healthy, and let me tell you, I thought it was a good choice. But now, Im worried—does sugarcane juice increase weight? I read that it has a lot of sugar, which is freaking me out because I don’t want to add pounds, you know? My friends keep telling me it's "natural" and "good for you," but everyday I find myself downing a glass or two. It’s soooo refreshing especially with this summer heat! But I feel like I might be sabotaging my efforts without realizing it. Just last week, I stepped on the scale and I felt dismayed. I'm trying to eat healthier and keep track of what I consume, but – like – I'm really confused about the juice thing. If sugarcane juice is high in calories, does that mean I should stop drinking it altogether? How does it fit in with trying to maintain or lose weight? Really hoping to hear some insights from you guys!
