Struggling to Lose Weight with Multiple Health Issues - #39985

I am unable to lose weight since long time.i am having hypothyroidism, pre diabetic and also suffering from arthritis, spondylitis and sciatica. I am 60 years old and very less mobility due to this issues. What should I do to lose weight?
