Urticaria and recurrent infections like you’re experiencing often point towards an underlying dosha imbalance, primarily involving an aggravation of Kapha and Pitta doshas. Addressing these imbalances through Ayurveda can help alleviate symptoms and bolster your overall immunity.

Firstly, in dietary terms, focus on incorporating anti-allergic and digestive-supportive foods. Favor lighter meals that include warm, cooked foods and spices like ginger, asafetida and cumin. These help enhance digestion and reduce Kapha accumulation. Avoid cold, oily, and processed foods as well as allergens that you’re potentially sensitive to like dairy or excessive sugar, which can aggrevate both Kapha and Pitta.

For topical care, neem oil and turmeric can be beneficial for applying on boils and rashes due to their anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties. You may prepare a paste with turmeric and water, and apply it gently on the affected areas. When it comes to fungal infections, aloe vera gel can act as a soothing, antimicrobial agent.

In addressing internal imbalance, triphala churna is a great option. It’s a classical formulation which supports digestion and helps in detoxification. Take half a teaspoon with warm water, preferably at night before sleeping.

Practices like daily abhyanga (oil massage) with sesame or coconut oil help calm the mind and body, supporting overall healing. Additionally, incorporating pranayama and meditation can reduce stress, which often exacerbates urticaria.

Importantly, if boils persist or worsen, continue consulting with a healthcare professional, as recurrent boils may need further examination to check for underlying conditions. Also, it’s crucial to maintain good hygiene, especially in the groin area to prevent reinfection.

Remember, consistency is key and these regimens should be followed for several weeks to notice significant improvements. Always consider seeing an Ayurvedic practitioner for personalized advice tailored to your specific constitution and needs.

Your symptoms of urticaria, thick phlegm, and frequent boils suggest an imbalance in Kapha and possibly some Pitta involvement as well. In Siddha-Ayurvedic terms, it might involve accumulation of ama (toxins) due to improper digestion and weak agni (digestive fire). To address these issues, consider the following steps:

1. Diet: Focus on a Kapha-pacifying diet. Avoid dairy, cold foods, and excessively oily or sweet foods which can increase Kapha. Incorporate more warm, light meals with spices like ginger, black pepper, and cumin which help stimulate agni and clear mucus.

2. Herbal Remedies: Turmeric has anti-inflammatory and antihistamine properties. You can take half a teaspoon of turmeric with warm water twice daily. Neem is also beneficial in controlling skin infections and can be taken in a capsule form, but ensure you consult a local practitioner for exact dosage.

3. Lifestyle Adjustments: Exercise daily to stimulate metabolism and reduce Kapha. Try yoga poses like Bhujangasana (Cobra Pose) and Matsyasana (Fish Pose) which help in improving circulation and reducing congestion.

4. Herbal Teas: Drink teas made from holy basil (tulsi) or ginger, which can help balance Kapha and clear respiratory passages.

5. Skin Care: For the rashes and boils, avoid tight clothing, keep the area dry, and use a paste of sandalwood and turmeric externally to soothe the skin. Aloe vera gel can also be applied to affected areas for relief.

However, since you are having recurrent infections and boils, it would be prudent to consult a healthcare professional to rule out any underlying health issues such as diabetes or immune system problems, which could require different management. Immediate medical attention might sometimes be necessary for severe or persistent conditions, so don’t hesitate to seek prompt care when needed.
